This guys style can be a bit abrasive to some but he is very enthusiastic dude and an influential force in the wine world today. Not quite a Robert Parker but he is getting there.

There's so much to watch on Hulu that sometimes its hard to find the gems, but this show has been a real addiction of ours lately. Its an insidery look at Chefs and Chef-culture, at restaurants and how they are run. There's also some great shows on our most famous New Orleans restaurants. The show has a simple formula and it sticks to it. Chef Daniel spends a day hanging and cooking with the restaurant's chef and then they invite some foodies and local luminaries to join them for a late dinner. Food porn at its best. Well the best is No Reservations with Bourdain, but this is up there.
Just discovered this awesome wine blog!
People wonder why we have so many French wines, well this article explains it pretty well.
We are glad to welcome back Jon Freilich, this is a great piece in the Times-Picayune about this eclectic New Orleans musician.
